John's Witness to the Cross
We were not there during the pivotal moments of human history, when Jesus was put on trial and crucified - but the apostle John was. He saw it all with his own eyes and recorded what happened for the benefit of future generations. 'He testifies so that you also may believe.' (John 19:35) In this series we are considering chapters 18 and 19 of John's gospel to take us back to the heart of what it meant for Jesus to suffer for us.
